Celeste Brito has been a Consultant and Facilitator since 2009, involved in the coordination, design and delivery of Executive Development, Change and Transformation, Organizational Capabilities Programs and HR Strategy Consulting, over a wide array of markets worldwide.

She partners with consulting firms as an associate and / or programme coordinator, facilitator or coach.

She is the Chairperson for IAF for Portuguese speaking countries.

Prior to consultancy, she was an HR Executive for 20 years in multinational companies, and led major strategic HR Programs within Europe.

Qualifications: Credentials on Conscious Business Coaching, Facilitation Techniques, Advanced Executive Programs (INSEAD, HEC and LBS) as well as certifications in Leadership and People Management Programs – Change Management & Leadership, Disruptive Ideas and Reboot!, DDI Facilitation Certification and Profile Assessment Tools (DiSC, SDI and PCS).

Business Issues: 1) Co-facilitated workshops on leadership, change capabilities, team and individual effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, supporting the Cultural Change Program (from a complacent organization to an assertive organization in which Safety is critical) at an Oil & Gas multinational; 2) Designed, facilitated workshops and coached the leadership team of a major local restaurant chain on leadership competencies, operational coaching and behavioral abilities; 3) Coordinating a Team Effectiveness Program at a multinational telecom company to nurture and develop related capabilities; 4) Coaching Executive Directors at an international bank, so that the Digital Transformation is a success; 5) Facilitating strategic meetings at diverse sectors; 6) Provide consultation on HR strategy at the banking sector to support the merge between 2 banks.
